I was a bit effy about the product because of the 1 star reviews. especially the one that says the kojic acid is to be clear in color. The one I have recieved and been using is orange/brown in color with a gel like texture, as shown in the 1 star video. Of course, like any skin care product I did a patch test before applying it daily onto my skin. I don't know what kojic acid is suppose to look and what color it is suppose to be, maybe the person who posted the video and gave the product 1 star is a chemist or something. But I will tell you this, after using the product daily after a week I felt the results. My right cheek has acne scarring and had uneven texture. After a week of washing my face with a acne cleanser, using the kojic acid serum, applying HA and applying a moisturizer and sunscreen I felt the texture of my skin even out. After 2 weeks the ance scars and sun spots appeared more faded. I mean I didn't expect a product to work instantly. I was going into this well aware of that and preparing myself for months of applying this till I actually saw results, but I would boldly say I noticed results in just 1 week. I will continue to keep applying the serum as I'm sure within the end of the month my ance scars will smooth out fully and my dark spots would fade reasonably.People expect things to work miracles and get disappointed when they don't see results instantly. I bought this with the mindset that it won't be the end of the world if I didnt get the results now and that I will try it just to see if it worked well for me. Products that work for me may not be the ones that work for you. With skincare this is always the case, it's a journy of trail and error till we find what works best for us. I highly recommend this product and already done so with some of my closest friends!FYI: I've notice reviews that state they left the serum on for 3-15 minutes before washing it off. I left the serum on for longer as it has instructions that say it could be left over night. I wash my face daily so I never experienced any negative effects on my skin.

Works fine doesn't burn my skin threw the night and I rinse it off in the am. No weird smell or texture. Would buy again.

The media could not be loaded. This has an odor and is very thick like gel. It won’t come out of the dropper easily due to a dried clump in the tube. I tried to pour some into my hand, but it won’t even pour out of the bottle. It’s too late for me to return it. I opened it after the return date because I had more in my opened bottle than I thought. ( different brand)Super disappointed and would love to get a replacement. Surely this one is just a bad bottle.I couldn’t find a way to reach out to the seller, but that doesn’t mean I won’t look around some more.

I have dark spots on my cheeks, under my eyes, & stubborn ones on sides of my face due to sun damage. I’ve been using this for 21 days now. I used hydroquinone 4% before—it worked on some dark spots, left my cheeks looking like a map with areas of dark & light colors & can’t use it indefinitely. With this product, the maps on my cheeks are beginning to look lighter & more even, the stubborn spots might take longer but the ones under my eyes are lighter. It has no smell, it looks a little dark but has no adverse effect on my skin & it’s still effective. Hydroquinone gets dark too when exposed to light but in no way lessen it’s effect. This product makes my face dry but I just wait a minute after application then apply moisturizer. I have this on subscription so I don’t worry about running out.

I’ve been using it for a couple of years and it lighten my hyperpigmentation, but make sure the liquid is milky white not brown.

I’m 66 with sun damage and had heard that Kojic Acid works so I had ordered a few different brands before I came across the Skin Set Go brand and I’m so happy I did. I was a little confused as when I received my second order there was a big difference in the color. The 1st bottle was an orange color and the 2nd was a clear milky color. I noticed how well it was working after just using it for a few weeks so I assumed that there was something wrong with the 2nd bottle which was the clear milky serum so I contacted the seller. They got back to me super quick and explained that it actually should be a clear milky color and that oxidation is what caused it to turn the orange color but it was still effective, which I can attest to as it had really lightened up my dark spots. I will definitely be ordering again and will be checking out some of their other products too!

I just used for a few months. Didn't see much results
