I got the leatherette 3 tier bracelet holder and it was already damaged when I received it. It had a little tear in it so I just glued it down and thought I'd just keep it. Then when I went to put my bracelets on it, it tore again. It is very thin material so tears very easily and is not great for jewelry which gets taken on and off a lot. I notified them and they were very appologetic and said that they would give me a refund or exchange my purchase. I said that I would like to try the velvet one to see if it would hold up better. They said they would send me that one but I've still not received it yet. I hope that I get it and that it'll be more durable than the leatherette one.

I own a business and display my bracelets that I make and I really like the one I have. There is padding and it is sturdy and well made.I received this new one with an end broken out, the material coming off in another place, and I can't get it as sturdy as my fist one that is 10 years older. It's pretty cheap looking but once it's full, it looks ok.
