Q: I am a 5,9, 167 pound boy, i’m assuming i need a medium but i want to be sure. what size would you recommend?

Not sure. I would order according to your shirt size. It does run pretty long, so keep that in mind. Medium might work tho.

Q: What size should i get im 5’11” 180 lbs?

I'd say L since they tend to come a bit smaller. my son is 6'2 and weighs 190lbs. and the medium was way too small

We initially purchased a large which was too big for my husband. He is 5'10" 160 lbs. The medium fit him perfectly with the exception of the length of the robe. We need to hem it. Have someone measure your height so you can look at the size chart and you will make a better guess. The costume is done very nicely and is able to be used more than just one time, Good luck
