Love these cod liver oil tablets! As I have a really bad back and arthritis, I had read that Cod Liver Oil was meant to help, so I decided to give these a try. Having used other Nutravita products before, I knew it was a brand I could trust, so it was an easy decision to make. I’ve had no side effects, the pills are a good size and as they are smooth they’re very easy to swallow. They don't smell. There's 365 tablets in the bottle, so you're getting a years supply and it's well worth the price (which can I just say is really decent). It means not having to worry about restocking for a whole year! There are no artificial colours, flavours or GMO. The amount of epa and dha is good and after speaking to our vets, they recommended that we give our dogs these too, both have arthritis also as well as bad legs, and these pills have really helped us all out! Couldn't recommend them enough!

So happy with these cod liver oil tablets! I’d previously been taking some from a different brand a while ago although I was running low so thought it was time to restock. I already use several other nutravita products and have always loved them so these were an easy decision. I’ve had no side effects, the pills are a good size and as they are so smooth they’re very easy to swallow. There’s no smell at all. I love that you get a whole year’s supply in one tub as you can forget about having to repurchase for an entire 365 days! And it’s great that there’s no artificial colours, flavours or GMO as always. The amount of epa and dha is good and these pills have continued to help my cognitive function and I am feeling very healthy. Great quality and excellent value for money.

Reading what the nutritional contents there are in these capsules is encouraging.BUT it MUST be remembered that vitamins A D E and K are fat soluble and so taking them with water and nothing else does not help the body to absorb and metabolise them. So we take one each day with foods that contain fats, that is how it should be with these vitamin types.They are softgel, not hardened gel type capsules.Please see photos.They are large tho and whilst I have no issues on swallowing them my wife does. She has to take some time each day to have a drink of milk and work at swallowing due to their large size. She did, on a few occasions, break one open to either take the contents on a spoon or mix with food....That did not go too well if you are adverse to a very fishy oily taste and smell.She now just perseveres with swallowing, and eating a biscuit after to help it to go down.We remain hopeful that these will help to contribute to our overall wellbeing.I do hope that this review has been helpful.Happy shopping.

Maybe the dose could be higher but It's not necessary especially if you eat fish here n there, this is better than just pure omega 3 fish oils, as this one contains Vitamins A D and E and also has garlic oil too early to tell if it helps but I feel like its doing something on the first day, the price is also unbeatable on Amazon thus far.I found it easy to swallow with full glass of water, some people might not agree with me but I had no problem with it.It doesn't smell or taste like fish either so that's imrpessive some the other ones do, maybe the other brands have gone off or something but this one is a year for only 8 quid that's excellent price and thus deserves a full 5 star rating from me.full marks from me well done not many products on Amazon can get me to review full score. Lets hope the price stays the same and the company that makes this stays in business for 100's of years to come too.

excellent product and value for money

Economically, this supply of - easily swallowable - soft gel capsules for one entire year seems to be a very good bargain, compared to similar products that I have been buying previously. Each capsule provides sufficient vitamin A,D and E, plus 1000 mg of cod liver oil to keep me in fine fettle. As a 70 year old veteran of what life can throw at you, all my joints remain creak-free and still articulate like they did when I was a good many decades younger, and no one will ever be able to convince me that capsules like these haven't been an enormously contributory factor in that - especially when I observe many of my peers not being anywhere near as agile and active as I, thankfully, still manage to be.Eamonn

Only just had these so too early to comment on any benefits but would say that they are easy to swallow
