Alcohol Free Natural Vanilla (16oz)

Wow, I did not expect this stuff to be as amazing as it is. I figured it would just be nice to get vanilla with no alcohol in it, but I didn't realize before how MUCH the alcohol was affecting the taste of the extracts I was using. You know how you get a very bitter taste with vanilla and have to be extremely careful not to use too much? Not with this. You can drink it straight out of the bottle if you want, and all you get is that velvety, sweet, unctuous vanilla goodness. Okay, so don't drink it straight out of the bottle. DO, however, relish the opportunity to execute recipes with VERY intense vanilla flavor that with any other extract would have unpleasant bitter tones. Basically, you can use this almost exactly as you would a fresh vanilla bean. SO worth the minimal extra expense. So my reccy is to scroll on up to the top of the page and click buy as fast as your fingers can move. Cheers.

I've read many of the reviews before purchasing, as I always do. To avoid the alcohol, weird preservastives and added sugars and other flavors, I've long since purchased actual vanilla beans or the paste; cutting the beans, and scraping can be timely and a bit of inconvenient for drinks, or quick low carb recipes.Honestly, it's not so mild that it's a waste of money. It has more of a real vanilla bean smell and taste without extra carbs. It's not as bitter as others mentioned in comments like Watkins, which I grew up on.Someone said this made their custard curdle; I believe that's a cooks error. There is no way this curdles puddings, custards, etc. I'm not sure what they're doing in their kitchen. I've used it in curds, custards, lowcarbabode's carnivore pancakes, coffee syrups, ketogenic women's cream cheese muffins, various cakes, beads and cookies with royal icing, works exactly like vanilla extract but less bitter and a bit milder in vanilla flavor, again expected, because I'm used to extract which was extracted with alcohol.People should stop expecting for natural things to taste exactly like the crap chemically designed to be addictive and attractive, which we grew up on.This stuff is good, and I'll be purchasing more for the holidays as gifts!

his is a great value, although I have seen the price fluxuate a bit. It has a great flavor. It is perfect for my homemade vanilla ice cream. However, as far as baking with it, the first bottle I tried awhile ago was strong. But this last one I found I needed to add more than usual of this vanilla to my sugar cookies to get a strong enough taste.

I had to order this vanilla because I started Whole30 elimination diet and could not have alcohol. It has the perfect amount of sweetness without sugar for my morning coffee. I would recommend this to anyone looking for alcohol free vanilla. I got a bottle of another brand 2 oz. for $20! This one has 16 ounces! I’m on my second bottle. 😊

This extract proves that you don't have to have alcohol in your extract to obtain the flavor you crave and this extract definitely delivers plenty of flavor. We have it on subscription.

Be aware this not pure vanilla extract. "Natural" flavors are added.

Clean ingredients, excellent packaging and smell is Devine. My Holy grail non alcoholic essence.
