I took these to suppress sugar craving - seemed to work at the beginning, but them filtered off. I think it helps to suppress the craving, but as with anything, one needs to find the mindset of eliminating the cravings altogether to sustain the progress.

This did not reduce fasting glucose levels, but it did prevent blood sugar spikes when taken with a meal. You still can't go overboard andgorge on candy corn and cola though! Maybe we'll start over and see if the results are different. Look it up on WebMD-- they sound pretty positive about it.

May be too soon to report, however, after week 1 of using this product,I have seen a remarkable drop in my blood sugar readings. Was using a mulberry tea which didn't help. I'm impressed and will continue using this product!
