Easy to use, sharp enough to spatchcock a chicken. I even tried cutting the leg bones (just to see) and they went straight through. No issues with skin getting stuck when cutting but you do need to make sure you're using the right part of the shears as there is a notch near the back for bones but the whole front part does the meat and skin.

I bought these for portioning Chicken as my long treasured kitchen scissors broke on me, i have found these to be good & strong, but with one advisory for anyone with painful hands. As the handles are not rounded & have squared edges i found my poor hands hurt to squeeze them, i dont have a lot of strength so this is my problem, but i thought i should raise the point for if it helps anyone like me.Good product, just not the best design in handles.
