The soap leaves my hands feeling almost sticky. It’s starting to feel like there’s a burn when I use this soap too. The scent is very strong, I love lavender scent but this is unpleasantly intense.

This soap leaves a weird coating on my skin and towels, which never comes off until I wash my hands with dish soap (Dawn, etc.) I worry it may not be able to wash off the CoVid-19 germs!! Also, the contain--like a small milk carton--has no screw top; it simply needs the corners of cardboard carton to be folded back, then reopened, but it never opens! I had to cut it open! Then, it never pours right, as it has NO spout! So much of it is wasted since it climbed gas to inside Plus it's too thick to pour easily, and too thick so won't flow through generic pump dispensers, as it keeps clogging dispensers! I HATE IT!!

Really hard to open, can’t get all soap out of container, soap is too thick to come out of our dispensers, fragrant but sticky, dried out my son’s hands which brought him to tears :( very bummed, this company has a great message and great marketing. Just bad products.

Liquid soap from major brands is hard to get right now. We tried this brand because it was available, and at a reasonable price. Works fine. The milk-carton like packaging is recyclable - more so than the plastic bottles used by the major brands. Note that these cartons are about pint sized: not the size of a quart milk carton.

Love the scent, love the moisturizing, eco friendly ingredients, made in USA, NO plastic packaging! Everything is awesome. I saw some of the comments in reviews saying it's "too sticky" or "too thick." This is not like drugstore soap. This is meant to be used sparingly. The complainers just used too much. I have this on subscribe and save and my refills always arrive while I still have plenty of soap in the dispenser. Find a dispenser that holds the entire contents of the "milk carton" (about 22 oz) and you won't have to worry about closing up the carton to store it. Yes, the carton is a bit difficult to open, but if you cut it and fill a large soap dispenser, no problem! Now we're one step closer to zero waste!
