I appreciate the organic ingredients of of this sea kelp ingredients. This plastic bottle contains 90 capsules that are on the small-to-medium size. The bottle states that its contents are non-GMO, and are vegan and pesticide-free.1 capsule equals 1 serving. Each capsule's ingredients are 160 mcg of iodine (or 107% of a daily recommended value); 263 mg of nori or seaweed powder; and 200 mg of blue green algae.I found the capsules easy to swallow.

Great source of iodine, which like when i was a kid, is something i prefer not to be low on these days.No strange tastes, no weird smells, colors or GI reactions, just a useful supplement.
