Need to take smaller size for better fit

Item not only too small however also not as per picture. The sleeves are very short, not going past elbow. Item totally useless to me. Not fit for purpose especially for higher arm compression.

Just recently had an arm lift. I’ve been searching and searching for a very tight compression garment. I’ve used compression socks , arm fajas , everything I could find that would help in compressing. I also have this fat part on my arm at the bend that I’ve been trying to compress, and nothings worked. AT ALL. I read this reviews for this particular one and I gave it a shot. IT WORKS. It compresses. Flattens the parts it needs to. I did size down!! I sized down so that it’s super tight and I get the compression I need. It’s comfortable and the material is sturdy and thick. I’m literally ordering another one for work.

Der Bolero ist wirklich toll. Er sitzt bequem und drückt nirgends. Größe passt auch. Trage ihn nach meiner liposuktion. Einzigste Manko ist, der verschluss über der Brust, dürfte enger sein. Habe es mir umgenäht und nun ist es perfekt.Trage auch die Hose vom Hersteller

I received the pkg and tried it on and it fits how I thought it would. It will do just fine for my Arm Lift. It is a nice material also. Honestly this thing is fabulous even my surgeon was impressed and asked where I got it.
