Among best, if not best OB book
Excellent book, with content that flows as a story and allows each frame that follows to complements the ones before, clearly highlighting comparisons and contrasts. Examples providing historic coverage in line with the ongoing and very recent theoretical developments in the area of OB and very comprehensive, best describing/illustrating the points raised through the theory. Definitely recommend it.

If you think you need to rethink what's going on in your firm then read this book.........
Read this book if you are a decision maker for your organization or if you dream to make your organization great. Your view of your organization from the four frames - Structural, HR, Political & Symbolic - described in this book, would change your outlook. This work is based on comprehensive research of literature as well as of organizations; most best sellers are based on anecdotes. I thank my professor for suggesting me read this book!

An excellent book for anyone involved in organizational leadership
An excellent book for anyone involved in organizational leadership. Despite its size (434 pages in the main body of text) it's a very easy read, with helpful graphics and insightful case studies. Highly Recommended!

The book was fine
The text book looked like it was unused, but poor quality, perhaps in assembly. But for the price it was worth it.
