Great for LEGO Lovers
Gave this as a gift to a 5 year old. Loves it. Easy to assemble waffles on the included base plate. Might have to bake far more waffle pieces than a child can eat to construct a “building,” so freeze them. When first using, be careful not to overfill the unit. Overall very satisfied.

Need to make runny batter, to fill indentations.
In order to properly fill the "brick" indentations, you need to water down the batter with some water, to make it runnier. No problem; just cook longer, until the steam stops coming out. Also, the resulting waffle pieces are thicker than ordinary waffles, so most of the pieces will be played with, not eaten.

Hazard
The machine never came to temperature and started smelling like electrical burning. Was a birthday gift for my grandson. Very very disappointed considering how much I paid for this
