A classic Korean-inspired flavour bomb of chilli, garlic, ginger and spring onions with tender, Chinese leaf cabbage. Funky but refreshing, spicy but beautifully balanced. Try serving on the side of eggs, noodle bowls and rice dishes, also great in a grilled cheese sandwich. Ingredients: Chinese leaf, carrot, daikon, spring onion, apple, ginger, chillies, salt, chilli powder, garlic, tamari soy sauce (GF). (Allergens: Soy)

Good product, beware fermentation in the jars!
The Kimchi is first class. The jars are over-filled, and the product is fermenting when it arrives, and when it is stored unopened, so that it is literally bursting out by the time you open it.

Tasty kimchi.
Great tasting kimchi. Both alive ingredients and live culture. I love it.

Really tasty without being overpowering
Trying to eat a better diet and pickled food is an essential ingredient. Have tried a few Kimchis without being over whelmed. This was recommended by the Sunday Times so I tried it. It's very tasty, a bit tangy and goes with most foods, especially livens up a salad.
