Good support
As someone with painfully high arches i can say that these are truly supportive and comfortable. I do not have the pain with walking that i used to have. I definitely recommend giving these a try to anyone with arch issues.

Worth the money.
Great support inserts. They can be thrown in the washer and washed inside a lingerie bag. Then hung up to air dry. I mostly wear them inside my jogging runners and winter boots for walking and jogging. They do take several days to get use to wearing them and I've had to buy a 1/2 size larger in shoe size.

Unfortunatly they were nit the correct product for my husband. I tried to return but was told to keep them and I would.have the.price returned.
