You get what you pay for…
There is good reason why Twinings Earl Grey is double the price. This one is insipid and doesn’t have the refined balance of the other brands. I regret buying it. I have been an Earl Grey tea drinker since 1996, tried many brands and this one is quite disappointing.

Drastic change in the quality of the tea
I've been regularly drinking your earl grey tea and it was of good quality. However last shipment sent to me is devoid of any flavour of bergamot. I don't know what to do with the substandard tea bags.
