Excellent quality cookware
Bought from Stahl after using their Fry pan at a friend's house. Bought the round bottomed kadai, because the flat bottomed kadia wouldn't sit properly on my hob. It has a flat pan support, so small flat surfaces tend to slide off. But this round bottom sits properly.Their triply steel is the best in Indian made. If you follow the instructions for cooking on such cookware then food doesn't stick and it's easy to clean. I have Ikea's triply and USA pans 5-ply steel cookware. This one is equally good! And cheaper too.

Saves oil due to shape
Flat bottom takes more oil to fry this pan takes less oil to fry for same amount of items.
