The box is sturdy plastic, not bendable or soft. The clips keep the lid on securely. The top sectioned compartment is perfect for bandaids, ointment, gauze, tape, small scissors, small packets of pills, and things like that. Noting on that top rack will shift as the dividers almost touch the lid when closed. The bottom part is one big box with no separations which worked out perfect of place our bigger things and medications.

Love this kit. It’s great for organizing and storing meds and first aid stuff. It works great for me and the size is also great. It’s very sturdy and the top compartment is divided which makes it combining for organizing smaller stuff like band aides etc.

This is a great med box- admittedly more than I wanted to spend on an empty box to store things but is great for taking to college dorm. Very organized. I hesitated buying it both because of the price and because reviews said cough med bottles wouldn’t fit with the upper tray. We had no problem getting them in. I think if I had wanted to leave them in their original box they might have been a bit too tall but out of the paper box and with the cup inverted on the lid they fit in perfectly fine. A few slots on the top tray are a little oddly sized to fit much but all in all very pleased.

Good product. I was able to organize my medications all in one box. The labeling on top of the box is in Chinese, would have been great to have English translation.

This stores my medicines nicely in one location. The box itself is sturdy though the handles would break if you put a heavy object in the box and lift it from the handles. This box fits nicely under my bed saving space. The top tray has lots of little compartments which is where you can store bandaids, tablet strips, thermometer, and other small items that you need quickly. The top of the box is see through is which also useful to see what's in the top tray without opening the box.

Bought it because I was having an anime weeb moment and thought about how we don't have first aid boxes like they do in Japan.So here I am, writing about a plastic box meant for general first aid items. It works, it holds plenty of stuff and it looks nice. Not sure why it's green.

I purchased two of these, one for our prescriptions drugs and one for our otc meds. These are nice and deep for bigger bottles like cold meds and lots of space accessories like pill cutters. They stack nicely on top of one another. Great purchase.

Even though I bought a new one I got a used item. Who ever had purchase the item before me attempted to wipe the box with some kind of cleaning agent. There’s are streaks all over the box and the print is smeared. Apart from that, it’s a good product. It’s just large enough to store over the counter meds and I even had enough space to store some bottles of essential oils.
