I received one package with two pairs of strips (a total of four strips).

Q: Are these good for canvas slink backs?

I used them on leather shoes, but I think they would work fine on canvas.

yes they worked very good for me. They did the job for not slipping.

Q: what is the width and height of these please?

Actually i just came across the package. THey are 3 inches in length & curved and 1/4 inch wide to be exact. They do work.
