No support available in Sweden
Delivered fast, easy to install. It broke down after 36 hours - impossible to restart. No support available at all; tried via app and home page. No clue what happened - even had it sitting on workbench for testing prior to final installation...so no wear, tear or even exposed to water.

It was good until it went offline, and then never came back online. It was never even exposed to water.

Fonctionne parfaitement, il m'a permet de localiser l'origine de la fuite que je traquais depuis plus de deux mois.L'alarme est suffisamment puissante pour être entendue. Pour ma part, il était placé dans le garage fermé, l'alarme a retenti, je l'ai entendu à l'étage à 3h du matinLes plus :- facile à paramétrer- le câble pour couvrir une zone de 1.5m- l'alarme suffisamment puissante- les notificationsLes moins :- application à améliorer, notamment au niveau des notifications- les mises à jour quotidiennes de l'humidité et la température à limitées 3 maxSuggestion au constructeur :- mettre un aimant pour pouvoir l'accrocher à une machine à laver ou un frigo, etc.- avoir une vraie alarme sur le smartphone au lieu d'un mail en cas d'inondation.

Consegna avvenuta nei tempi previsti, articolo semplice ma efficace. Utilizzato da mesi per misurare umidità ed eventuali perdite in cantina, tiene memoria delle variazioni tramite un'app molto semplice da usare. Non ho faticato per collegarlo alla rete. Se lo si trova in offerta è un affare, anche se il prezzo non è di molto più elevato rispetto a soluzioni simili. Consigliato.
