Excellent book by Authur. It includes every little details which a new mom needs to know and is curious about. The chapters on post pregnancy and trimester wise discription is very detailed. Also , the shopping list for the new born is inclusive and contains everything which a person needs. I things such books are enough to handle a pregnancy successfully.Very informative.I recommended this book to all my friends and family. It is such everything under one umbrella book.

It's good book for beginners who doesn't know about anything in pregnancy time

I don't understand why there is so much hate for this book. Let's be honest, like contrary to what is said here in the reviews that Kareena has bragged about herself in the book, please don't buy that, instead buy this book and figure it yourself. Most of them aren't even the verified purchasers but just spreading hate ahead of the release of the book.My take: I am not a mother, I haven't experienced pregnancy before I am not pregnant while I write this. But, this book is very eloborative. I have read doctors, nutritionists giving all the required information plus Kareena's experience which is completely raw. She talks about her ceserean experience, about her pizza cravings and so much more, for those of you saying she has repeated everything she said in interviews, I wonder in which interview she spoke so much about Taimur wrapping the umbical cord around his neck and her fingers getting to big for her wedding ring in her third trimister. For thos of you saying everything can be found on internet about the technical information on pregnancy, so is everything. Every damn thing is found on internet for sure. But this book gives detailed information about everything that a pregnant woman and people around pregnant women should know. Trimister by trimister guide of what can be expected, body changes and so much more. I have read this book and I will go back to this book when I need this, I am sure I'll need this real soon.

It's the most sorted book for girls like me who are planning for pregnancy at 29 but doesn't know anything about it.K has not only covered info, facts, do's and don'ts.. but she has also mentioned the specialists whom we can google, watch videos of and learn more...The best part of the book:- Simple language- Giving her own real life references- Adding her pictures ( I am personally in Awe of this lady for giving pregnancy a revolutionary change)@KareenaKapoorKhan Don't stop writing, we love listening to you on any topic. Boring 😴

The book is perfect for someone expecting!It can be your friend and your guide during the nine months and the delicate first few days post delivery.I really identified with the advise on breastfeeding and taking care of yourself. I can define it as an Indian version of 'what to expect when your expecting' with all possible questions answered. I really liked the details on skin, hair, oils...all my queries felt like they are answered with a sensible solution based approach - especially issues like stretchmarks, acne and pigmentation..and including post pregnancy hair fall.

I bought it just to gain some deep knowledge about pregnancy but it's just superficial knowledge you get on Google or YouTube alsoDon't buy this book if you are looking for knowledge there is nothing in this book they just use name of kareena kapoor for only marketing
