Good product
Very good product. No hassles of maintaining tamarind. A little bit is good enough.

Ideal for working class as we don't get time to soak and extract tamarind pulp.
It could have been a squeezy bottle.

Nice and tart
This is a nice tart tamarind paste; actually, a little thinner than paste, more like the consistency of thick honey. You do need to stir it, like you would stir peanut butter; to get the thicker stuff from the bottom for a consistent texture. When I used it to make red lentil soup, I used a little less than the recipe required, not wanting to make the soup too tart. It came out perfect. This is much easier to use than dried tamarind pods, which you have to soak etc. So yes, a good product.

Pretty Good...
This is really my first taste of this brand I can say it is pretty good. You have to use it sparingly though. It is strong and very Tangy! Just the way I like it...

Amazing Stuff.
This stuff is so powerful that buying 4 jars all at once just to save money is probably not necessary. The jar does not say anything about refrigeration, but I would think that it is best to do so. You are not going to use a lot at one time. Like an entire teaspoonful (about 5 grams) is what the CIA uses to force terrorists to open up and give them information. Just kidding. This is very powerful stuff. It may be the most sour food that I have ever eaten. My wife, from a tropical country, says to put salt on it. I would not have thought that; I would have thought sugar or some other sweetener. I haven't tried it yet, but I believe her.

Does not taste any way like tamarind. It's not a paste
Never again. Does not taste any way like tamarind. It's not a paste..it's runny. More like molasses but not as thick.
