I bought this not knowing at all what it smelled like or how strong the scent would be. I'm glad I purchased this product. The overall smell is of fresh apples, this is the best way to describe the scent. It's no overwhelming but appears in the cabin every 3-5 minutes. I'm not sure how long the product will last but I have it set on low and seems to do the trick. I drive 52K miles a year so I will probably be buying quite a few of these for my S-Class.
