No way to measure
This is supposed to come with a scoop but mine didn’t, and measuring 2 grams is impossible without a very sensitive food scale. That makes this worthless because I can’t measure out the right amount. The instructions also say to use 2 grams per 100 liters of milk, but that can’t be accurate. I’m very disappointed because I think this might work well but it’s just not clear how much powder to put in the milk.
