I haven't bought mine yet - was introduced to this make and model by a friend who's really into vibrational healing work. My friend took a piece of that rubber "grip" stuff (circular thing that you put over the lid of a jar, helps grab the lid to make opening the jar easier) - glued it to the handle of the tuning fork, this helped them to hold it steady while working. I will try that when I get my fork. Or if you don't want to mar the handle with epoxy, just wind a bunch of rubber bands up and down the handle to provide some "traction". Can't wait to get mine! It seems like a fine product
