The best budget usb headset for home and office use
Noise cancellation works great and sound from the speakers is load and clear. It has minor distortion but that too only at very high volume.Have used Logitech H340, Sennheiser Pc8 aswell, In my opinion this has better overall performance than both Logitech and Sennheiser at this price point.

Noise Cancellation is not good
Noise cancellation is not good. If you are under a fan the other person will be able to hear. Now if you are in a hot climate and not having AC not sure how will you work. I basically purchased it for my Teams calls for 2k I expected better noise cancellation.

Gave to service 2 times (in 2month's time). Not a good product. Even the replaced item was not properly working. I Bought 4 & 3 got complaints.

Left side of earphone was broken even after requesting for replacement. It's very disappointing that quality check was not done even for the replacement item.
