I absolutely loved this purse but, I sent it back due to a few issues. First of all the main strap is way too long you definitely cannot do over the shoulder it should come with an option for a shorter strap. As well as I had a lot of trouble with the zipper sticking and or not opening. The other issue that I had was the side compartments are only held together with a magnetic button and my contents dropped all over the floor a few times. I hope that the company does some upgrades on this purse because it is absolutely beautiful and it would been exactly what I was looking for

That the straps unsnap
For the most part it was a nice purse but the shoulder strap kept snapping off on the hook and everything in my purse fell out . I was thankful that my phone didn’t break so I have put that purse away.
