304 Stainless Steel Electrical Box 20'' x 16'' x 8'' Outdoor Electrical Enclosure Box 20" H x 16" W x 8" D with Mounting Plate Weatherproof Anti-Rust and Anti-Corrosion

I have a Dolphin robotic pool cleaner and wanted a locking utility box to house the control unit even though it is waterproof. I installed it low and inconspicuously on my fence near a covered firewood pile. It looks great.

I used this box to enclosure a Titan Electric Water Heater outdoors, since I don’t have a way of installing it inside. It turn out great! It actually works so good that it seems it was made to house an electric water heater. Highly recommended

The box is stainless, not much can go wrong with that. The issue is the locking mechanism on the handle. VERY CHEAPLY MADE. The lock tumbler literally broke and putting the key in it twice as I was setting up the box. I’m trying to reach out to the seller to see if they will replace it. I purchased it in 1/2024 and just installed the box a week ago for the first time use.We will see if the seller responds. If so I’ll change the review. To be fair, they should have an opportunity to make the situation right being I’m past the 30 day return through Amazon.

Well constructed box. However the lock is a joke. They would have been better off putting a hasp on it and let the owner choose their own lock.

we purchased 5 of these to do an IT project with outdoor requirements. the units arrived poorly packed for shipping. they are made of very flimsy thin steel, and have numerous dents right out of the box. on all 5 of the units, the latch with key did not work. the key is a flimsy bit of metal that will bend when turned in the lock. one of the units was smashed during shipping and the door was no longer aligned with the box. we issued a return to amazon within 30 minutes of receipts, does not meet even the basic quality assurance requirements for outdoor IT work.

This Yeaborn 304 Stainless Steel Electrical Box which I received is better than junk. In fact, the box itself is better than I could have made myself for the same price and is what I wanted - a nice little ventilated utility box. It is not rugged but if placed in a protected spot should last. Now, that said, the locking mechanism did not work right out of the box - OK that part was junk. But other reviewers said the same thing and I was expecting that. The handle works and door stays closed firmly. Good enough for my purposes.I'm giving this seller two stars because the lock has obvious quality issues which others have documented - as now have I - and the seller should know this by now but sells it anyway. Otherwise I'd give it 4 stars.

The box is well design but with poor elementos not real stainless steel. It came rusted already and seller painted it

Dents so very easily bec so thin. Starting to rust already. Must have below 11% chromium (def of stainless steel).
