Excellent knife, very sturdy to handle not to light or heavy in your hand ,would highly recommend, and good value for money, as you have a case to protect the blade also it sharpens while removing knife 5*

Needs a PROPER DESCRIPTION WITH MEADUREMENTS INCLUDED!
I know Sabatier knives are good, so this review has nothing to do with the quality.I ordered what I thought was a smallish knife, but when it arrived it was actually a CARVING KNIFE! No mention of this in the description and no size indication either. I was in urgent need of a knife, so ended up keeping it, but will now have to order a smaller knife too. So disappointed.
