I recently had surgery and had multiple drains placed during my initial recovery. This allowed me to shower without having to worry about the drains being pulled down or out. The elastic waist band was very stretchy and I imagine could accommodate people of all sizes.

This is a must-have for anyone with drains! Adjustable and comfortable. Also much more secure that pinning to my compression garment. And the separate shower holder sets this brand apart. Buy it!!

It works for what I needed. I wore it to hold drains post recovery. The material is comfortable and was fine to sleep in. My biggest issue was that the buckle was hard to do, especially alone and post-op. I had someone else help me clip it. The belt also loosened after a while, so it needed to be readjusted every now and then.

I just had a double mastectomy and did some research on products to have after. This came up and I saw the reviews so decided why not. One of the best purchases I made. It has made keeping my drains (and I have 4) in one place. The pouch for the shower also holds the 4 drains and makes showering so much easier. If you are on the fence, buy it!
