Like blood pressure controlling medicine
Packaging is excellent....petals are clean...and u know what it actually helped me in reducing blood pressure within 2 hours of consuming 1 cup of hibiscus tea of 1 tsp...really helpful but u can search in internet of do and don'ts of hibiscus tea

High quality but need straw to drink
Hibiscus tea has the highest antioxidant content among all popular beverage, almost 4x that of green tea.This one tastes nice. 30 mins after drinking it I felt sleepy, due to its melatonin content.My following points are not something to do with the brand, but hibiscus itself:1- Always use a straw and rinse the mouth with water after drinking. Hibiscus tea is acidic and will corrode the teeth. This is why I don't drink hibiscus everyday. Once or twice a week is good for me and mixed in small qty with other teas like Chamomile. Just 1 or 2 flower petals are enough to mix with other teas. Its very strong.2- It will lower blood pressure almost as effectively as BP lowering medicines. That means it shouldn't be taken if someone is already on those meds.
