Curry Leaf Plant - Live Plant (Murraya Koenigii), 6 Inches

Usually it is very difficult to get curry plants to survive although I do live in Florida. This one was very tine when i got it but looked very healthy and has been growing very well initially indoors and now it is outdoors in a pot.The instructions were clear and on a laminated paper which keeps well. Fertilizer was provided as well.Highly recommend this seller

The plant came well packaged. It is beautiful! I repotted it and it's been growing really fast! It looks so healthy and I love the smell of the curry when I gently rub the leaves!! Highly recommended!

I ordered 2 curry tree seedlings. They arrived:1. Several days sooner than estimated.2. Extremely well packaged, I wish I had taken a picture before I got the little pots out of the box. The pots were carefully wrapped to protect the trees, and then secured with packaging tape to the interior of shipping box.3. Size was as described, about 4 inches high from top of soil.4. Good care instructions included.5. I was blessed with a 3rd "bonus" plant, one pot had two seedlings very close together. I carefully separated them and so far, so good. They are with me 3 weeks now.I am happy with this purchase. Good value for price when compared to what large commercial operations charge for similar sized curry tree seedlings. I would feel confident ordering again from Kumar's Garden. I am hoping to have Gamthi trees, but now keeping them alive is up to me!EDIT TO ADD: I am now not sure I received Gamthi variety as the description has changed since I ordered. If this is so, I will be very disappointed.

This is an amazing herb, one that we had been on the lookout for months. It is a good value for money, appears healthy and well potted, and comes with all the prerequisite instructions to help you along the journey of growing this little one. Plant arrived healthy and undamaged with clear instructions and even plant specific fertilizer. Very happy with purchase. Plant is growing without issues.

Healthy plant, strong tap root. Well packed, shipped fast. No damage, no leaf loss in winter (I waited for mildish weather to place my order). Lovely curry fragrance when I opened the box. The plant came in a transparent plastic cylinder as seen in other pictures. Will see how it does in modified citrus mix (+ pumice and perlite). It was more like 4", not 6", but the root extended to the bottom of the cylinder.One issue I noticed when re-potting: the grower uses starter pellets encased in fabric. I hate that fabric. It doesn't biodegrade and can constrain roots. I used it one year to start tomatoes and peppers, and it was still there at the end of the growing season. It seemed to force the plants to grow substandard root balls, since some finer roots couldn't escape the fabric. Once roots start to penetrate it, it can be really difficult to remove. Fortunately the curry plant had strong roots and I was able to carefully tear it off.

The plant was well packed and protected. Shipping was also very fast and arrived even before the expected date . However only 3 star as the plant was not as described. It is a small seedling about 2 “ with 4 leaves , planted in a styrofoam cup which was about 4 “ tall .The plant looked good on arrival but the next morning I noticed a lot of small black meley bugs flying around in the cup and I had to immediately clean up the plant and put some cinnamon powder on the soil which seemed to solve the problem. I appreciate that the seller included a small sample of fertilizer for use . Also . I would have been more if the plant would have bigger and free from bugs .

The plant was smaller than anticipated. However, it came in one piece. Liked the fact that there was potting instructions and some fertilizer granules. There were a lot of sticky tapes touching the plant. So, had to be very carefuly while unpacking it to not harm the plant. I have kept it indoors as it has become cooler in pacific northwest. Hope it grows well.
