SAKURA COLOR PROD AMERICA Pentouch Fine-Point Paint Marker Display (SAK41301)

I have been looking for this pen for quite a while. It is a great pen for remarking electronic equipment with numbers and letters. It is also useful for signing photographic prints.I like the thin line I get that can be used on any surface.

I got two of these pens to mark my music gear. They seem to write on anything. I use them to mark smooth painted metal parts but there were also some rubber, plastic and unpainted metal items that I marked. The first pen lasted about 4 days, then the tip fell out and a bunch of gold paint blobbed out. I had probably written about a long paragraph's worth of words. The second one lasted a little longer but it ended the same way. They aren't cheap either. Next time I will get a sharpie oil-based extra fine set of paint pens.

It didn't work for what I bought it for:-( But the color was great and it wrote very smoothly! If you're buying it for art- awesome! If you're buying it to replace color on your wedding ring, not even a chance!!!

The color is very vibrant and the pen is easy to use. I used this on fabric and it surprisingly stayed after washing it several times.

This pen is sweet for lettering & drawing. I used it this year to hand-letter all my christmas cards. Unlike cheap metallic Sharpies, this pen remains mostly on the surface of the paper and doesn't soak in and lose brilliance. It stays bright, clear, and really remarkable. Great stuff.
