Great item. Used for dog walks! Handle makes it easy to carry and hold a lead.... completely leak proof and keeps drinks warm for a long time. Washed by hand and in the dishwasher so easy to clean.

Bought one last year to see if any good, so good I bought two more. Using for work mostly, so in dishwasher a lot and not showing any signs of wear, keeping colour well. Fit great under my coffee machine, so can then take in car for work. Handle handy when carrying other bages etc. Had no spills.

When I first opened it I was really impressed, it really had everything I wanted for a coffee mug, super super leak proof, perfect size and loved the handle. My toddler just played with it throwing it and flipping it for a solid 5 minutes, obviously not recommended usage, but the best proof of durability, sturdiness and leak proof qualities anyone can ask for a mug. Holds your drink very hot for a respectable amount of time plus it’s a family owned business, so that’s a plus.However the first time I used was for a hot fruity flavor tea, and after I washed in the washing machine, the fruity tea scent has remained on the lid. Hopefully after a good hand wash with soap it will dissolve. Overall four stars easily

I was looking for a travel mug to keep my coffee or tea for my car journey and to take into office to drink first thing. Unfortunately it need to be around certain height as my coffee machine was small, luckily this fit.I am happy with this product as keeps liquid hot up to a hour, I cannot say if it is leakproof as I keep the mug upright and have taken sipped, nothing came out from the seal or the lid. It does come with the handle but I have not used the handle often so cannot say it is good.Overall keeps the drink hot up for a while so this would be good for people who wants to drink after commuting to the office however if you are planning to keep hot liquids longer or throughout the day, I would suggest to look for a thermal flask as this is a travel mug/cup.

The handle makes this cup as I always try carrying everything at once to save time but always ends up dropping something,This cup is easy to carry,The spout is slightly curved which is nice to drink out of,The clip on the spout just pushes into the lid,The only negative I have is the cup is fat at the top to hold so can be uncomfortable to grip be better if it was slimmer,But I've ordered another one so can't be that bad lol

Bought this as it’s supposed to keep drinks hot for six hours, it does NOT. I’m very unhappy

This keeps your hot drinks hot for hours. I often open the clip top to help let it cool. It is water tight and has a very handy handle to carry it if your hands are full etc. Would recommend as this is the best one I’ve used.

I bought this item because I had a Starbucks coffee flask that kept leaking when I transported it between home and work. I got this because I liked the carrying handle (although I was worried if it was cheaply made, it would break), and I liked the promise of the double walled insulated steel keeping my hot items hot for 12 hours. One thing that worried me was I couldn't find a picture of the inside of the lid. The lid of my Starbucks flask was very bulky and had little nooks that was pretty impossible for me to clean well, and being able to clean my cup lids thoroughly is really important to me. I was estatic to see that the GreenSteel lid is of a very simple, everything-accessible design. However, I think the bulkiness of that Starbucks lid is what helped to keep my coffee hot longer. This GreenSteel lid itself isnt insulated, so in my experience, especially when I leave the sip hole open, my coffee doesn't stay piping hot for 12 hours. Its the steel cup itself that does hold the heat (and cold) pretty well. So of you want to keep your coffee piping hot for hours, you may have to keep securing the sip hole (I haven't tried to see if that keeps it hot for hours, I just tend to drink my hot coffee within a couple of hours). The steel cup is surprisingly lightweight, so the 12oz is not cumbersome to carry around at all. I like this cup so much, I been using it to drink ice water with my meals (cover off), since it keeps the ice longer than regular cups. This is a well-made cup. No off tastes or odors. My only moment of slight dismay was when I filling my coffee very close to the top and screwing on the lid, it would spill over because its too full. So I just have to get used to not filling it up to the top, I have to leave 1 inch or slightly more od space due to how the lid is made to screw into the cup, where the threads go maybe an inch down the inside of the cup. However, I love how it seals great and again, love the handle and the simplicity of the lid which allows for thorough cleaning, but probably doesn't trap heat for tok many hours

It keeps my coffee warm for hours, is easy to fill, and clean (because large opening), it doesn't leak, and looks good. The handle is a nice plus (useful when my hands are full). And the coating (I chose the red one) looks good, and doesn't chip. I've put mine in the dishwasher without problem (but I never use the drying function). Great purchase!
