Real White Lotus Leaf Tea- Measure Accordingly
Tastes like sweet rye grass, smells like fresh cut hay, a little goes a long way. These are Chinese White Lotus Leaves(Not Blue Egyptian Caerulea - the blue Lotus)(Not Purple Dyed lotus - which is fake caerulea)You will not find real blue lotus on Amazon, period, ever, sorry and even if you could, you would not be able to use it recreationally. Lotus has benefits, none of which are a high.(although blue lotus effects are identical to white lotus it is a rare sacred flower with higher toxicity levels and has no corporatized farming ponds bringing it to market)Correct tea dosage due to natural neurological compounds contained in lotus tea = 1 dried leaf for every 40 pounds of body weight, steeped in boiling beverage for seven minutes, remove after steeping. Drink one glass daily. No more, no less.EXAMPLE- One person weighing 120lbs utilizes 3 lotus leavesPrimary benefits are wonderous anti-inflamatory and eye pressure relief, near instantaneous eye sight improvement (from personal experience)Secondary benefits are enhanced ability to deal with natural stressors and mood swings.Daily use builds a natural saturation of psychoactive compounds known to have anti-psychotic and anti-depressive qualities, associated with serotonin regulation, albeit much healthier and smoother than pharmaceutical options. The effect can last for weeks. My family has extensively tested the tea (my wife prefers a few in her coffee, and she finds it greatly reduces her moodiness in the morning)I have tested the limits of the lotus tea potency for knowledge's sake, which is not advised:20 leaves in a glass of tea and 3 in a bowl of tobacco caused me to be greatly off balance, lethargic in conversational tasks, and in general spacey, although no noticeable recreational effects were noted.I did, later, awake in the middle of the night with a lotus induced body fever of about 110 degrees core temperature, my head was 102 degrees, and my nausea was moderate.I hydrated, uncovered, and vented heat for about a half hour and rapidly returned to perfect health and temperatures. Most lotus abuse symptoms are quickly self resolved, with little effort. The spaciness lingered through the next day (not a buzz just less active conversationaly and mentally tired). But overall fine.Due solely to reaching near brain melting core temps:No longer will I drink more than one glass, at the appropriate measurement. I do believe it possible to overdose on this tea, although the exact amount is not specified. (Also smoking it is likely 10x more dangerous, and did not improve my experience)*in safe amounts, daily, it has amazing health benefits*
