It took me less than 10 minutes to assemble it using the simple and straightforward instructions included. Once I placed my vacuum on the stand, I realized that it was well-designed and thoughtfully engineered. Plus, it looks great and perfectly complements my new Dyson V15.I bought this on Amazon a little over two and a half months ago and have been using it almost every day for spot cleaning. It goes in and out of the stand at least once daily since I’m quite particular about cleanliness.Here are the key points:- Quick and easy to assemble with just a few screws.- Attractive design that blends well with Dyson material colors.- Self-standing; does not require a wall for support.- Solid construction and intelligently engineered.- Packaged very well, complete with clear instructions.- It holds six attachments on its own, plus two on Dyson's charging dock and two on the extension tube clip that comes with the V15. Thus, the total storage capacity is ten attachments.- Sturdy design that does not tip over, even when pulled out with one hand.Possible Complaints from Others:Some users have reported that the unit rocks when placing the vacuum in its holder. However, it will remain stable if the sticky pad covers on the bottom are removed before setting it in its final position. Regardless, it will not tip over. Personally, I chose not to use the sticky pads, and I don't mind a slight wobble when pulling the vacuum out or when placing it back into the stand.There are actually three different height positions for this stand, depending on your Dyson vacuum model. Some reviewers have mentioned that it is not suitable for the longer Dyson models. I believe this issue may arise from incorrect height positioning, which can be easily fixed by removing two screws and reinstalling them in a different position.Overall, this was a fantastic purchase, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who 1) does not want to drill holes in the wall and 2) likes the idea of being able to move the stand anywhere else if needed.

The charging dock is the wall mount that came with your Dyson vacuum. Without that this won’t work. So find it first before before you buy this stand. The stand is easy to assemble but attaching the Dyson charging dock is tricky. We have a Dyson V12. The instructions and video are not helpful showing you how to install the again, your Dyson charging dock. The charging adaptor cord has to be installed in your Dyson charging dock before you screw it on the base of the stand. Just take your time on this part of the assembly. It will work and it looks good. Instructions on this part of the assembly are non existent.

I'm using this stand for my newly purchased Dyson V12 Detect Slim. Assembly was easy, and everything you need is in the box. This can be used for several models, and there are various mounting positions for the charger to accommodate the length of the entire vacuum with stick and head attachmemts. There are plenty of storage slots available for included and optional attachments. The whole thing is very sturdy. The base isn't weighted, so it does feel a little top heavy and wobbly when the vacuum is mounted, but it doesn't easily topple over. You could strap the base to something to weigh it down or even use a furniture anchor. The stability is not that big of a deal as long as you don't have little kids or overactive pets running around to knock it over, and as long as you're careful about handling it.

Such a great idea! This stand let's your dyson charge while you put it on the stand. Works wonderfully and is very easy to use. Very sturdy and durable!

Putting it together was simple. However, the instructions on putting the charging plates for various Dyson vacuums was lacking. It is light weight and takes two hands to insert and remove vacuum, otherwise it will tip over. Found the device holder on the pole is not very good. I thought it held one right side up and one upside down, but does not.
