I'm not a professional detailer but I do take great pride in cleaning my car. After shopping around and read thousands of reviews, I decided to try this product. I've used some other products before and was a bit apprehensive but i was wrong. It is very easy to use. My car had a mixture of scratch and heavy swirl marks, you don't need to apply any pressure while using it, the machine does all the work for you. Having the choice of multiple speeds is great and this helped remove most of the swirl marks. The machine does weighed a little bit but it's easy to hold and maneuver around. The ultimate polish and wax worked wonderfully and the car has a lovely shine back to it. Follow the instructions and you can't really go wrong as a noob. I can feel it's quality when holding it, everything came boxed and the 6 pads came with a cardboard cut out which explains what each one does. Also there's tonnes of videos on you tube offering guidance. My car looks new like I just picked it up, brilliant product, worth a try more than you pay someone else to do the job!

Works as expected. Compact, light weight, not too loud and easy to maneuver. It does get a little hot, but it's expected. I really like this polisher....it definitely was a good buy.

Good value, gets the job done, some vibrations. You pay for what you get, this is a good polisher for $60.

Upon my review prior to purchasing a new Dual Action (DA) polisher, I needed one with the Hook & Loop (Velcro type) backing for the more common sanding disks and Chemical Guys polishing pads. The reviews and pictures were not very clear. This product’s backing plate IS the Hook & Loop system.

This is a great product, it's light and easy to use. It will take most pads and can get into the smaller places that the larger machines have problems reaching, it's a great buy and is much better than the other brand I returned

This buffer was perfect for polishing my boat. I alreadyhave a larger buffer, but this one is lighter and more compact, so I can get into tighter areas saving me less areas to do by hand! Great tool!

Pads work great. The power button does not stay in on position. Speed control button is in a good location for me, but the power button kicking out to the off position is enough to make you want to throw it in the garbage. You can get it to stay if I mess with it a little and make sure it is pushed down and in far enough to ensure it’s locked in. I personally don’t have the time or patience for that. I want on and off, that simple.

Worked really well and I got better than expected results. I liked the different sizes, helps with the different sections of my car.
