It’s difficult to find orzo in local grocery stores and I make a lot of orzo salad. The product is excellent and delivered quickly. It’s the only orzo I use now.

Oddly, for some reason TJ's and none of the local markets can currently get Orzo, but happily as I use it lot in soups, and mixed with rice Amazon has it, and this product arrived very fast, and in great condition.
