So far so good.
Update:Wanted to reach out to say that I did eventually run into some issues. I believe these issues started with the power adapter, and then took out the docking station with it. Ultimately, the docking station would allow for SOME connectivity throughput (Network worked, some USB ports worked), but HDMI, power output, did not.I reached out to TOBEONE's support on this, and, as others here have experienced, got a top-notch response. This specific purchase (Jan 22) was due to a replacement being authorized by TOBEONE, as it would ship faster via Amazon, and then they credited my previous purchase back in Sept/October (As it was out of the window for me to initiate that return). All went exactly as expected. A new one on my doorstep within a day or two, and a quick screenshot of the new purchase allowed for TOBEONE to initiate a refund on the old one. All sorted out, good to go.And for all I know - the issues may have been prompted by something I did. When I first noticed the adapter having issues, it was after a trip. Though the adapter was protected quite well from the possibility of damage, I can't say it didn't happen with 100% confidence. But TOBEONE's support didn't require me to prove that I DIDNT damage it, and straight away offered up a replacement. So all said and done, I would give this whole experience a 5/5. Maybe, if there is/was some sort of repeatable issue, I'd knock some points off, but knowing that TOBEONE is standing behind the product and replacing it if necessary, outside of the replacement window (And I believe I was just a bit outside of the warranty window), is pretty solid.Buy with confidence. Keep an eye open, but know that if anything comes up, you'll be taken care of.---Only had this about a week, but so far so good.I've been in IT for about 15 years and have seen quite a few different docking stations. Though I haven't often used them myself, I do have experience with a number of different makes and models. Majority being Dell brand, but others definitely showed up.The dock is sized as I'd expect it to be, seems durable enough to travel in a laptop bag if need be, and looks good. The one major upside that I've noticed with this dock over some others is that it stays "on" when you lock your PC, it goes to sleep, etc. What this does is help to store your window positions so that when you get back to your computer after a quick ~10 minute break, you don't have to spend 30s-1m shuffling the windows around so they're back in the position you left them in.It worked with my addition HDMI and VGA displays without any hiccups. Wireless mouse and keyboard with their own (non-bluetooth, some proprietary tech) adapters plugged into the dock (instead of the laptop) work just fine, and I haven't had any issues with it not charging or properly keeping the battery topped off (HP Elitebook 850).I had one small issue where, after setting it up, I switched my USB headphones from my laptop USB port to the docking station, and I wasn't able to hear through certain applications. But this appeared to be a fault of the application, as I was still hearing sound from the PC from other applications/sources, and a quick close/re-open of the faulty application fixed the issue.Only other thing was that it came with instructions to go to a website to activate an extended warranty, but that website appears to link to a form to fill out *when* you have issues, not prior to having them. So I'm not sure there, but I imagine if I have to make use of it, it seems like based on other comments that customer support is good enough that I'd imagine even just having this written down that I tried to activate the extended warranty would be good enough for them to honor it.I haven't used the 3.5mm audio jack yet, which I have seen reviews stating they've had issues with, but I can't comment there. Will update in a few months if anything goes awry, as I do see some reviews saying issues showed up after ~60 days or whatever, but so far, so good.

Connectivity powerhouse in a small package
If you are looking for a small, compact docking station with ports for every device you may ever need, look no further. This TobenOne USB C laptop docking station for my Dell laptop is all I will ever require. Dual HDMI ports for my two monitors, six USB connections (2.0 and 3.0) for all my storage devices, camera, mouse, and keyboard, 3 USB-C (two of which are used for the laptop, and power, but the third is front facing, which I use for wireless headset). There is also an SD card slot which is great for transferring my photos. Two ports remain available which are the 3.5mm audio mini jack (which is front-facing) and the VGA port for possibly another monitor. All of this with an ethernet connection. Working from home I have everything connected and still have several USB ports available for additional devices. With mostly all ports being used, everything is working flawlessly. I could not ask for a better docking station. What truly sold me, besides all the ports is the fact that the majority of the cable connections are in the back of the device(i.e. cables are hidden) and the front only shows 2 USB ports, a USB-C port, and your audio port.I have not had to use customer support as of yet, but love hearing how they are the best and always wanting to make sure you are completely satisfied with their product. This docking station is the real deal and I highly recommend it for home, work, or while traveling.

Flawless device that simplified my Windows laptop setup
My first purchase from this vendor was for my MacBook Air. I loved the way it worked so much that I ordered on for my Windows laptop docking station. It does not disappoint. These things are flawless and work perfectly. Can't give it enough credit as a centralized source hub for your laptop needs.

Very compact, great quality
Edit: Had to remove one star because this dock does not have DPI inputs. I ended up getting a new monitor that needed to use a DPI cable in order to run at 75Hz refresh rate; this dock would not work, so I had to return it. It's great if you only need HDMI for monitors.Original review: This dock is much smaller than I expected. It's very sleek and small and with all the ports on the back the cords are hidden. I just got it, so I don't know about performance, but the feel and quality of the product is great. For the price, you can't beat it.

I THOUGHT This one is better than the 1st Tobeone I had. I WAS WRONG! (UPDATED REVIEW)
Dual HDMI on this version works great on a PC. The previous version I have was HDMI and Display Port which required a DP to HDMI adapter. Kind of a pain. The power output on this unit will keep my laptop charged, but it doesn't work as well as the OEM charger. The battery will stay charged but the laptop performance is not as good as using the OEM charger. Not a big deal to surf the web or send some emails. But using more demanding software will slow the performance down.Leaving my previous review up there because it's factually correct. It does work great... while it works. This is the 2nd Tobeone docking station I've had and the 2nd Tobeone docking station that has had an HDMI port fail out of the blue. I don't take my docking station with me, I don't unplug and replug it, nothing. It got plugged in and sat there for the past 4 months. For the past 4 months, it worked great. Today, one of the HDMI ports decided to not display my 2nd monitor anymore. This is the same issue I had with the first docking station. This one was supposed to be an updated model with these bugs worked out. Keep working Tobeone.. you haven't built a product that will actually last longer than 6 months.
