Good flavor a bit expensive but it has gone a long way I’ve mixed it into the meat and is smooth

Great product. Found jar really hard to open. One suggestion: There should be a protective sheet of film covering the inside of the jar. Because it's hard to open the jar and get the lid off, when I was finally able to do so, some of the product "flew out" of the jar. Otherwise, love this product. Would have rated 5 starts if product jar was easier to open.

We only use animal fats for cooking, for the most part, and this chicken fat is incredible for making the most flavourful dishes. Chicken fat imparts a very good flavour when sauteeing vegetables or ever scrambling eggs.

I cannot buy chicken fat where I live and I love making chopped liver. This product is perfect. It arrives in a very liquid form. I put it in the refrigerator to let it solidify and then I scooped into small containers and froze it.

Didn't smell good, was not sealed properly. Packaging does not guarantee fresh seal. Received damaged product. No quality control. No accpuntability. Avoid at all costs. Why not put a seal on your product? Not sure how you can sell a food good like this without a freshness seal.

I bought this because I never have enough broth for my turkey dressing at holidays. Or never enough for soup. This is much richer than the liquid. Easy to use for other foods as well. Great product.

I can't get schmaltz locally, so Amazon to the rescue. This product is pure chicken fat and would be distinguished from traditional schmaltz by not having the chicken fat rendered with onion. With that difference in mind, it still works for latkes, chopped chicken livers, etc. I'll certainly be buying it again because I'm 80 years old and no longer worried about heart health!!
