The product itself is good. But the sprayer stopped working in a day or 2. So now I pour it into my hand to use it.It has really helped with my restless legs. But you have to know that it is a greasy oil. It feels heavy when you use it.

I tried too many companies magnesium oil but this product is not good . When you sprey on skin, it itching too much for around 15 minutes and also skin problems and it also not absorb in the skin, it remains on the skin like water . So bad product at all.
