DakineDakine Gripper - Midnight Blue

This is literally the best thing you could get for a mountain biker. I use them on both my bikes, and don't leave the house with out them. They look good, they hold a lot of stuff, and they are so useful. I would highly recommend this product!!!

It's sort of neat but could be improved.- velcro doesn't extend on strap so leaves it flapping in the breeze- installing into the corner of the frame is annoying as you first have to tighten on the top tube, then rotate under it before jamming it into the corner, this means it doesn't get as tight as it could be if the velcro was better designed- when not strapped in, things fall out from the top and bottom, tyre levers in designated spot just flop out, which is annoying on the trail when you have to find whatever fell out when you wanted to just get your wrench- requires removal to access everything, this is expected, but due to velcro placement it makes it a pain to get back on- what is the loop on the back for?

Bought this thinking it would be a good way to carry a multi tool in my CO2 cartridges on the bike maybe even the tube, I quickly realized it’s not gonna hold all that stuff and the design it’s not a pouch the sides are open and I could just tell that everything was gonna fall out eventually. It’s also too big to stuff in the back of a riding jersey,currently resides on the shelf.

Holds well.

So far so good in terms of use. I can fit my tube, tire levers, two multi tools and kleenex. Down side is they sent me the wrong color. Wanted to match my bike with slate blue but got all black. Not the end of any worlds but now I'm not sure if this one was returned (due to the fact it has the slate blue sticker on the packaging) or they just messed up. Keeping the product for now. Color is one thing but got to see how it stays put on the trails.
