Clover 5013 Chacopen Water Soluble Blue with Eraser

The pens worked great—it took four for this project (king sized). I did find many of my lines faded over time before I could finish hand quilting, so I had to re-draw the lines, but I appreciate that they come out easily, so it’s a fair trade off.You can see some of the pen markings in the close up photo to get an idea of the color with white thread and cloth.

I haven’t tried this pen on a long term project, but leaving it on the cloth for a week it still easily washes and erases. I prefer washing as opposed to the eraser because I can see a slight residue of the erased part. But all in all this pen is great for gridding or charting things out on your cloth.

Lasts long and was extremely easy to wash off. Definitely was a good embroidery choice.

Since it is a charcopel I thought it would be a chalk marker. Wrong, it is just another felt tip type marker. It was pretty expensive for just a marker. Wish I had bought a different type- my fault I guess for not looking at it on a full size computer screen. It is rather pricey.

It is not the easiest to see on some fabrics, but if you use the right fabrics, this is awesome.

I liked this pen so much, I recommended it to my friend. It lasted the whole project and there's still more ink in it for other things. The ink disappears on its own over time and as you handle it, but it takes a while. Would sell recommend you go over it with water when you're done.

Worked okay for my project on fabric.

Fine tip made it easy to grid my larger cross stitch projects and it comes out very easily with water
