awesome chair
Great chairs, made extremely well and a very reasonable price, we depend on these chairs for taking care of our elderly patients, they have had no complaints about any of them we have bought and I have bought quite a few over the last year.

Exactly what we had hoped for and expected!
This chair is exactly like his old chair that he completely wore out and refusing to use one we had purchased to replace his old one.We were finally able to find the exact chair evidently it is so well made that there was no need for upgrades!

But otherwise it is just like the one my mom has
Chair was as I expected; seat measured 19.5 inches wide rather than 20. Seat and back were black rather than blue as pictured and instead of chrome as pictured the frame is black speckled. But otherwise it is just like the one my mom has, which is what we were hoping for.

Lightweight and wonderful
My MIL is in a wheelchair and we bought this to put in the trunk of the car for dr. appointments where parking is an issue for her handicap van. Her old one was very heavy and only my husband could get it in and out of the trunk. This one is much lighter and easier for me to use and it pushes so easy. For the money it is a great wheelchair.

great buy for the price
seams like the wheelchair is very well made and very steady it's powder coated and not chrome plated, which didn't matter to me. i couldn't find one for a better price anywhere

Nice and Sturdy but lacks in smoothness of rolling
This was purchased for my mother who is in a nursing home. This brand was recommended by Physical Therapy and is a nice looking, sturdy wheelchair. After a couple of weeks of use, the right smaller front wheel dragged, making it difficult for her to move the wheel chair around. We oiled it, thinking that might help but it didn't. Disappointed. She is trying to manage but is asking for her old wheelchair back.

Assembly Quality Issues
This is a great wheelchair, but it arrived with a few annoying issues. Fully Half of the screws that secure the seat and back pads to the frame were not screwed in all of the way, and I am not talking just a turn or two. One of these screws was missing! The tube plugs were ill-fitting and we have lost a couple, along with the lever-tip on one of the foot pads. Otherwise, these are good, sturdy chairs. It is our second Invacare Tracer. Were it not for the above, I would rate it a 5 star product. I rate it low hoping that Invacare will take notice and pay a little more attention to quality control, or at least issue me a credit for finishing the work their assemblers should have done...

Smooth and sturdy
I love the solidity of this chair. It’s fairly heavy, yet I can still get it in and out of the car trunk. Very good quality.
