Franklin Sports X-26 Performance Indoor Pickleballs - USA PICKLEBALL APPROVED

This is actually the very first Franklin equipment I’m disappointed about. From Sep til May I play mostly indoor pickleball, and I was happy seeing darker color balls. Most of the Gyms have now LED lamps and shinny floors. Hard to see an yellow ball, therefore the neon one was the best option so far.The blue colored ball for indoor play is awesome. You can clearly see how the ball spins and you could easily focus on it when you hit it.The issue with these ball is that they did those bevels around the holes, enlarging it with about 1mm. When the ball bounces off the floor it slightly changes direction. Imagine yourself trying to hit a ball that you’ll never know where is going after the bounce.Awesome color, excellent material, poor decision on those bevels.

Les balles bleus sont très visible par rapport aux jaunes. Elles rebondissent selon la norme et on peut ajouter de l'effet lors des frappes. Jusque là tout est parfait. Le plus gros problème semble être la durabilité. Nous avons brisé 2 balles sur 3 en moins d'une heure. Juste pour dire, la jaune d'une autre marque est encore bonne après plus de 3-4 heures de jeu, donc ça ne serait pas notre façon de jouer.Peut-être je suis tombé sur une mauvaise batch. La balle se sépare en jeu à l'endroit où les 2 hémisphères sont collées ensemble.

I was really looking forward to playing with these balls as I thought the colour was so distinctive and maybe easier to play with.Unfortunately within the first 5 minutes of play - the ball cracked!So disappointed - will be returning these.

Really like the play of this ball and visibility but one of three split on seam after very light use. You can see photo the ball isn't even scuffed from play.

Indeed the colour is especial but it is difficult to see when the ball comes toward you with high speed. It is also little heavy compared to other popular brand. I wish they will make other colours in the future.
