It fits perfect. You barely have to mess with the rim. It fits my head, which is very small so it’s hard to do would totally purchase this hat again I love the material and the color. It arrived quickly.

This hat is for my metal head grandson and is so much nicer than I expected! The fabric and stitched logo is nicer than most caps I've bought over the years (and raising two sons, I have bought ALOT!)

This is a great hat. It’s one of those rare finds that looks exactly like the picture, and is great quality. I would give this six stars if possible.

I love the hat. It’s adorable and I will still wear this, as I work in orthopedics often so the bone reference is fun for me. But it’s not an embroidered design. May be an error in my not reading the listing completely, but because it was what I was expecting I was slightly disappointed. Still cute though and fits nicely.

This hat was very small. It looks good and appears to be made well but basically would only fit a kid or an adult with a very small head.
