These are sterile, which is important to me.
I bought these to use inside the nose area. I use some essential oil the ENT recommended, I use one swab for each nostril. You don't want to infect one sinus from another. Yes, you CAN HAVE a sinus infection in just one sinus. The Ear Nose and Throat doctor told me about this. Regular Q-tips worked okay, but they absorb too much of the essential oil. These work for me!
