This shaper is ok. It needs a litter more control in the tummy area. I am 5.6, 148 lb . I purchased a medium. It fit a good.

These shorts definitely give me the plumpness and roundness I wish my own booty had lol! They also smooth the tummy. I am a 16 in pants and I bough a XL. They are very lightweight super comfortable and look great up under garments that hide them completely, things like really short shorts or skirts won’t work. I did dock a start only because of the band around the thighs. It definitely can be seen through what you’re wearing especially if it’s form fitting. I thought about cutting it to loosen it up but I may end up ruining them. Overall, they are great

I am 5'10", 180 lbs, 30 in waist.I was really rooting for this shapewear but it just did not work.I ordered M, the waist and pads fit quite alright. But it was just way too tight at the legs.I returned the M and ordered a L.The L was way to big. The pads were just not proportioned to my body and the waist was too big. However, it was still too tight at the legs. Picture attached of the L at the legs.Did not work for me.
