Very nice, stiff protective screening for my radiator, oil cooler and air conditioning cooler. People on the Santa Cruz forum were complaining that when a rock hit any of the above it was a $1,800 replacement cost that was not covered under warranty. So at the recommendation of others I got 2 sheets of this in the 4x8 rhombic size. I didn't install it like others, zip tying it either on the outside or the inside of the grill like so many others. I'm not doing that to $40,000 new car! I watched a YouTube video on how to take the front end with installed grills off my car. being very careful it took me 45 minutes and the whole front end was laying on the grass in front of the car. It was then very easy, with regular scissors, to cut the screening to fit the back side of the grill. I left tabs on the screen where I saw screws on the back side that held grill in place. I then back the screws out one by one and screed them back in first through the screen tab then back in the hole holding the grill in place. That held the screening in place against the back of the grill. Start to finish, in my driveway, It took me 4 hours, which was well worth it, to get a factory looking job. The tools I used to do this were a small flathead screwdriver for the plastic pop fasteners, a 10 mm socket for the eight bolts, a pair of scissors for cutting the screen and a Phillips head screwdriver for attaching it to the existing screws holding the grill in place.I did have some concern when I finished because it looked so beautifully black with very little silver aluminum radiator showing, that maybe too much of the airflow would be blocked by the screening... I can tell you that this is absolutely NOT the case! We've had heat indexes over 105 degrees the last few days and I've driven the car around town, on the highway and sat in it parked on a blacktop parking lot with the air conditioning running for over an hour and the engine temperature gauge is exactly where it has always been, just a hair under mid-range. I have not seen the slightest change!

After getting a angry eye grill for my jeep wrangler I quickly realized I could see my siren speaker (as I am a firefighter in the area I live in) and I didn’t like that. I found this and thought it would be perfect to maybe hide it some. The product is great and works very well as you can see in the pictures but as you can also see it’s kinda warped. It comes rolled up in box so when you unroll it it becomes very wavy.

Used to replace a glass front on a PC case to help with air flow during the hot weather. Arrived on time packed well, I needed to lay it on a marble breakfast bar with flat heavy weights on top to flatten it out as it arrives rolled but that's not a problem. Seems sturdy enough for its actual intended use and is easy to cut with just a set of small snips. Overall well pleased.

I used this to cover the front of what volkswagen calls the lock carrier aka radiator core support on my 2013 jetta.I've had rocks or debris punch holes in my ac condenser twice in the last 18 months.It is installed on the core support behind the bumper cover and it disappears with its black color.I cut it with tin snips and sheet metal sheers. You could use scissors but it will probably ruin them.The material can bend 90* or more but only once, if you mess up and bend it back it will break. The coating is thick and seems durable.The hole opening should keep everything but fine sand away from my ac condenser and radiator.Perfect grille material.

Das Gitter ist aufgerollt angekommen, was für die nicht vorteilhaft ist. Es ist recht starr, somit bricht es schnell beim biegen. Wenn man es aber verarbeitet hat, ist es ein Vorteil denn dann sitztes es sehr gut und hält was es verspricht. Fünf Sterne gäbe es, wenn es als Lage und nicht als Rolle geliefert würde!
