Crompton Solarium Qube 10-L 5 Star Rated Storage Water Heater (Geyser) with Free Installation and Connection Pipes (White)

Bought it last year 2023 AugCapacity 25LGiving 5 star so it will be showing up at the top.Product is good but it fell down. My parents just escaped from this fall. It might have cause severe head injuries and high risky.The grip behind the geyser is broken and couldnt handle the weight of the water i guess. Bad quality build.Get it only if you guys can keep it in safe place or away from showering or faucet area.Not worth the risk. The shape of geyser looks good but dangerous for life.

We are a family of 2 with occasional guests coming over. Our society has solar heating and therefore it is convenient in hot climate when we get good solar heated water supply. With the monsoon the sun is rarely out and that's when we needed a heating machine to give us comfort.15ltrs tank capacity is enough to have warm shower bath and medium pressure. If yiure the one who wishes to have warm than warm showers, take a slightly more storage to have a constant flow of flow of hot water.The installation experience waa bot great with Crompton, the installation was promised in 48 hrs or so, no one came. I have installed the geyser with a local technician. The geyser is supplied with two inlet and outlet pipes 15 - 18 inch long. You need to purchase a valve for inlet though.Heating and auto turn off is good. Works well. lED helps indicate the heating (turns yellow) when the water is heated.Recommend to buy it under Rs. 7.5k if available. Anything higher you may want to look at other option. Remember installation charges are extra considering Crompton guys never show up and there is an additional valve you will need.

Good heating with circle led indicator looks cool company provided installation overall very good product i am using since very long nearly 5 years till no issue.

Stopped working after 2 days. Please do buy this brand. Go for some other brand.1. Was delivered on 24/09/23 (writing this review on 18/10/23.)2. Called up on Crompton Customer service. Phone got disconnected no one attended the call and you get a sms mentioning phone no. & name of Service Centre in your city3. Pathetic Service Centre dint send anyone for 5 days as I had requested to visit after 3 pm4. Finally installed but electric point was far so no Demo . Found an Electrician (they also don't visit soon)5.Geysor started working but stooped after 2 days.Water not heated and only blue light was seen6. Contacted customer Service. Pathetic call center press 1/2 press1/2/3/4/5 and no one attends the call. and you get a sms mentioning contact service center7. Contacted service center and they send technician to check after 2 days of follow up8. Technician checked and dint attempt to repair said Sir will repair I will take it back to Service Centre. No receipt mentioning that was given. We asked for the receipt wrote something on the service request wala form and told my Mother to take a pic (as if that ia proof!)9. Nowchasing them for 5 days all excuses- say repaired and will deliver after repair tomorrow. I askes waht was repiared 1 day cable, next day testing is going on, thied day coils was replace, fourth day thermostat was weakwill deliver tomorrow but tomorrow never comes. writing this review on 18/10/23.10. Please do buy this brand. Go for some other brand. Crompton only fans are nice!!

Nothing specific to mention

1. Heating - Hesting takes approx 20 minutes with highest temperature setting and yet, it gives warm water.2. No pipes included which costs me extra money to pay at times of installation3. No Crompton installation service/call - I had to book “Urban Company” for installing and had to pay them 700 rupees.4. My Havells Instanio 15L performs far better than Crompton so it is not a good choice personally for me.5. Overall the product is not satisfsctory for me provided the value of money, installation service and missing accessory with product.6. Conclusion: I was having high expectations from Cropmton but it disappointed. Better choices available in market such as - Havells.Thank you.

Overall the geyser looks good with great aesthetics. I bought the installation along with the purchase for extra 99 rupees which was much lesser than regular online booking for an electrician service. This was fulfilled by urban company.Pros: Looks great, and the water heated in 5-10 mins. Comes with solid big screws that goes deep into your wall, hence no worries about falling off.Cons: The geyser came without hanging hole to hold it on the wall, which the electrician created using a screwdriver. The metallic holder behind the geyser was fully concealed with plastic.
