Produce had a scratch on it, in oversized packaging and not worth the price paid. Offered a replacement only to receive a completely different charm - waste of time and time effort and now I have to return two packages wasting more time and effort

When I ordered this I didn't expect something quite so small. The heart is tiny and it's almost impossible to read the inscription. Therefore it didn't get 5 stars from me. However, it is cute as a clip on charm.

Smaller than I thought it would be like. Very beautiful but pricey for what you get. But it is bought as a gift for a teen who has small wrists, so it’ll probably look just right on her.

A bit smaller than I thought but beautiful and I wear it all the time. Up to Thomas Sabo high standard. Would definitely recommend.

Mothers Day gift, it was so small I could not read the writing! I am not sure how they even managed to get a photo of it because it is so small, they must have used a microscope!
